Big size room with breakfast, good offer. All in all great and comfortable location, not far from the multiple shopping plazas and restaurants, Sheraton Shenzhen Futian mainly due to the very convenient location for a business trip near Metro and Futian High Speed Rail station, and the metro line.

The location was great, with easy access to supermarkets, malls, and even a cinema. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided excellent service.

The accommodation was huge and cool with knowledgeable staff from check-in to check-out. My hotel room was beautifully maintained and immaculate with a nice view too. the location in a lively area was good and unbeatable with shopping centers and a big shopping mall nearby.

We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a gymnasium and swimming pool. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was extremely convenient, with several subway lines nearby, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel had a desk for working, which was perfect for our needs.

I gotta say, I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was super spacious and the access to the club lounge was a game-changer. The staff were fantastic, their English was top-notch, and they even went above and beyond to ensure my safety during a typhoon. The location was convenient, with easy access to the MTR and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The club lounge was the highlight of our stay. The staff, including Julia, Stacy, Jenn, Viola, and Tracy. The spacious meeting rooms were perfect for our business meetings. We were impressed by the professional staff and the attention to detail. The lounge was the main reason we chose to stay at the Sheraton Futian. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.
